This macOS app processes translations on-device. We do not run our own servers for this product. Clipboard text is read only to perform a translation request and is not stored or transmitted by us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Clipboard and On‑device Processing

Selected text is read from the system clipboard to translate it locally. We do not store clipboard contents or send them to our servers.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring usage
• To manage Your Account
• For the performance of a contract
• To contact You (email, calls, SMS, push notifications)
• To provide You with news, special offers and general information about goods/services similar to those you already purchased or enquired about unless You opt out

• For other purposes such as analytics, usage trends, campaign effectiveness, and improving our Service and experience

We may share Your personal information with Service Providers; for business transfers; with Affiliates; with business partners; with other users in public areas; and with Your consent.

Third‑Party Subscriptions (Adapty)

If we enable in‑app subscriptions, we may use Adapty to manage purchases. In that case, Adapty may process purchase receipts and identifiers required for subscription management. See Adapty Privacy Policy.

We do not collect health, location, sensitive information, browsing history, or similar categories through Adapty.

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy. Usage Data is retained for shorter periods unless required for security, improved functionality, or by law.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside of Your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to ensure secure treatment in accordance with this Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You can request deletion of Personal Data collected about You. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes.

Our Service does not address anyone under 13. If we learn that we collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will remove that information.
